JAL KIT

JAL KIT -water testing kit has been developed as a Portable kit provided with necessary equipment and prepared reagents needed for the field/ lab testing to assess the Quality of drinking water.

The main objective of this kit is to create awareness about water quality among students, NGOs and the public at large through low cost and highly simple methods. The kit has been designed not only to test water samples but also to serve as Scientific and Informative tool. The kit is users’ friendly and can be used even by the students, NGOs & common man by themselves. The Manual explains simple procedures to test physical, chemical and biological parameters by using only drops method, without using burette or pipette. Titration can be done by counting drops and matching colours for assessment of various parameters. A colour chart provided in kit enable users to find out level of impurity indicated by colour change. All reagents are provided in prepared form. Prepared reagents can also be replenished.
