11. Website on Planet Earth

                     The Council has launched a website to showcase activities on "understanding Planet Earth" under the aegis of RVPSP, DST, GOI. The website www.understandingplanetearth.in intends to provide indepth information about the planet earth and to create awareness about various global issues of concern like global warming, pollution of air, soil & water and its effect on hydrological, carbon, nitrogen cycle. The users of the website would be able ot search comprehensive information  about the planet with easy navigation usability and accessibility. The browsers are invited to provide comments and suggestions about the website for improvement.
